I don't know if this has been suggested and if it has I'm sorry. I would like to see a patient transfer from a BLS unit en route to a hospital and it gets upgraded to a ALS and either a fly-car or ALS unit has to intercept the BLS rig. The call credit would be upgraded by 10-50 credits. It would only happen for certain calls that would normally be a BLS call like a seizure.

Lovely suggestion, although based on experience, that'd be beyond the capability of the game.
