Display MoreI have 6 fire stations with 2-3 various types of trucks, mainly engines and 2 EMS (4 ALS, 1 Heavy Rescue) stations. I'm finding that the majority of my call volume is medicals, sometimes it's all I have pending. With this, my hospital filled up pretty quick, so I bought a second... then a 3rd, and all 3 are completely filled with ambulances sitting with patients on scene.
I know I can remove patients at 1 coin a pop, but at that rate, I'd be spending a lot of money just to play. Pretty sure I read somewhere that "you'll never be stuck in your game play and be forced to pay to continue" or something along those lines.
Alternatively I could expand/upgrade, which I have. Each hospital can hold 15 patients. At 20,000 a pop for 1 bed is a bit of a steep price, especially when the discharge rate is 1 hour a person. Which brings me to my next point, I stopped playing for a day, came back and my hospitals only dumped 5 people, collectively, not each. Annnnd no, my alliance member did not fill them up as she is my wife and we both spent the day together.
Someone please explain or help. I'd hate to remove the stations as I would love to fight more than cuboard fires all day haha.
Side note but probably most important, we both LOVE the game! This is literally the only complaint.
Join an Alliance. Send patients to alliance hospitals. Upgrade your hospitals to 30 beds (focus on this section for a while, it's a lot of $$ but it'll be worth). Otherwise, you're only option is to keep building hospitals, it'll be cheaper to max out the hospital that it'll be to build a new one. If all flops, discharge the patient on scene, you'll get no credits, but it'll free up some space.
Also, me personally wouldn't have started EMS until around 15 - 20 stations (which I did on my account). This just makes sure your fire department is making you enough money to cover EMS costs to upgrade your hospitals in this example.
