just curious to see the answer of this as my opinion would be it is fair but I've got one particular member who have been lenient with who keeps continuously breaking rules and just acting and playing like an idiot like charging 500 credits for 3 courses when considering I do at least two storms a day and 5 big missions ... and earn people tons of credits in a day

.. if I was to end up kicking this person out would it be fair I warn other people through the forum of this member about him

What is the issue with charging for courses? Or charging for use of cells or hospital beds?

So what if you do all these storms and that individual members should be allowed to do what they want with their own setups and if that includes charging for courses, cells and beds then fair enough.

If you don't want that in your alliance then remove them. It's not against any game rules.

he built the school, he has the right to charge to recoup the cost of building, there is the option of not attending his classes to

Its his courses hes using up, if it was alliance ones fair enough but if others are using his buildings to train their personnel he has the right to charge whatever he likes.
