Not really sure where to turn on this one. Today I went to purchase some Coins. At first I selected the $19.99 option to get $300 Coins, but it gave me some kind of error message. Silly me I forgot to screen capture it. Just figured it didn't work for whatever reason. So I did the $9.99 purchase for 115 Coins. It went through and when I checked in game I had something like 135 Coins. I then went to work. After work I was checking my bank statement and I have two payments going out; one for $9.99 and the other $19.99... So I was charged for the 300 Coins but never received them.
Any help on this would be appreciated. Again I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong location.
