Hello Dear brothers. I am very disappointed with my last experience. I needed 10 educated personnel for my Firefighting plane station with "Airborne firefighting" education. I did educate the personnel in my fire depts. with this education and wanted on Monday to transfer the staff to my Airfield, what a surprise, my Firefighting airfield doesn't allow me the option to transfer personnel, what the heck? Why does the academy allow to educate the fire dept. a person with this education type if they will not have the ability to use it in the standard fire station and also there will be no ability to transfer them? Please let me know.

That is correct. It is a very weird system which does not make any sense. Unfortunately it is not a bug and we will have to live with it.
