There have been multiple bugs with this update, here's some I have found.
- Car out of gas requires 3 firefighters, but it doesn't.
- Heavy Rescue equipment requires 3 personnel, even though the vehicles can only have 2 personnel in the trucks.
- Multiple ARR bugs.
- Wrecker and Flatbed are not options in the ARR, nor is there a proper category for tow trucks.
- Police wrecker is under coastal rescue.
- "Car Carrier" under fire vehicles is not an actual vehicle you can purchase, it may be a translation error for flatbed or wrecker.
- I was unable to find the fire wrecker under any category.
- Issues with board.missionchief.com: images failed to upload and adding images wasn't working.
-
And the police wrecker is listed under coastal rescue. EMS-Chief could you forward this to the development team? This is a fairly annoying bug.

with the new tow depot I was expecting it to have traffic units and utility units available. Almost all tow companies have traffic support units and utility units. I would like to see this added sometime soon to give the depot more use.
I would also love to see this, it could also work as a supervisor.
There are already traffic control units, blocking units and such under the traffic control extension
For police and fire yes, but private companies often have a support vehicle for their tow trucks.

i get them sporadically as well as a few others that show up that have a weird response compliment. One I can think of is the Cargo Plane fire. The requirement is for 6 or more ARFF trucks... Even the largest airports don't have 6 ARFF trucks.....at least I have never seen it. I think Washington Dulles and Washington National may have 4 each.... No big deal... just an observation
Due to my avoiding realism, my county airstrip (unmonitored) has 8 ARFF tenders, hazmat teams, security, and more all at an unmonitored county airstrip—peak realism.

Ohio Sheriff's Office traffic trucks
Traffic Support Pickup
Traffic Blocker

Honestly its rare to have more then 4 engines at even a bad car accident.
From my limited experience, in smaller car accidents 1 engine/rescue truck responds, and if theres nothing bad they leave. I usually see 1-2 engines respond if it's a car fire.

In american It would cost the person 5k for hot choc injuries
or just pour some water on it and pretend it doesn't hurt
-
Even if everything goes fine ou might get old being outside with your sleigh for a long time 🥶 So why not go home and have a nice cup of hot chocolate to warm up? 🍫☕️ But suddenly the cup slips out of your hand and the hot liquid causes painful injuries n your body. 😩 This is what happens in our new mission
I can relate to this new call, hot chocolate is dangerous (not 5k for an ambulance dangerous, but still dangerous)
The typos in the system message could use some work.

What is the budget for that sheriffs office god damn
IRL not much, but their swat equipment was purchased by private industries. Just pretend a big industry wanted better air protection and spent 4 million as a gift.

My Sheriff's office pack now has a General Atomics MQ-1 Predator, for realism.
ELS Varient
Since we don't have tow trucks, this drone can clear the path!

I was at my grandparents, and I was searching for an emergency service building style game, I searched for a little while and found MissionChief, and yeah still playing. I started December of 21.

They are unnecessary for any specific call, but I find them useful as an extra rescue unit to spread around the county. I am unsure if they do anything besides support, but they can haul the riot trailer.
-
Sinkholes seem to be like the pestering earthquake and tornado calls. They are only area specific and VERY low frequency in reality.
And for some reason I get 5-10 every hour. It ruins gameplay. Please make it an option to disable these call just as the tornado missions.
I get these calls CONSTANTLY, and disabling them, or at least lowering their spawn rate would be great.

Animal control is just not something the average police department deals with, usually it is a separate state or private agency that deals with that. Plus I think we have enough niche stuff for PD atm (like riot control)
In parts of WV, and parts of Ohio, Animal control is run by the Sheriff's office.
Do you think that we should have Animal Control as a police expansion? It could give rise to a lot more calls.
I think it would be neat as they do respond to some emergency calls (Animal attacks, animals breaking in, etc.) but I just use game wardens for this. It would be cool, but its already been denied.

Heres my suggestion
Minimum Personnel: 1Maximum Personnel: 8
Why? Why not, you are in charge of your play style, be realistic, be crazy, do whatever.
I use platform trucks as 2 passenger cherry pickers for DOT
Someone could use a platform truck as a massive 8-person truck with a crane.
If you want to be realistic, go realistically. If you want to go crazy, go crazy with it.

But the wording in thier description says treat all patients. Can NOT transport.
So I would think treat..So really there is not reason at all to get MC expansions. And waste of money to buy the trailers.
Kinda like a PD motor-cycle. Does not count on any mission. Only thing I can use them for its sending them to a mission to score credits.
just my thoughts..
I believe it would be a bug, my experience with trailers is that they treat a bunch of patients at once and then release them if they don't need transport. If they need transport, the trailer will treat them down to 10% and then the ambulance does the rest.

so i have this thing again: i know that the LACoFD has EMS Rescue Squads idk if that still is the case but how do i manage this in missionchief?
there are a couple of options.... i could use a EMS rescue, a ALS engine and convert into a squad (hope that i can put rescue equipment in it) or i could pick a ALS Rescue Ambulance and exclude them from transporting patients? what does fit the best?I suggest using the EMS rescue, but all of my knowledge of LACoFD is from Emergency! so it may not be the best unit for modern-day LA

Don't do fall weather, unless you have thousands of units, its insane.
The majority of calls are major flooding, tunnel flooding, dam breaks, and many tough calls that require insane amounts of units.
