Noticed today when in alliance missions, if you have an alliance member who has a transport pending is offline, it'll state you can release the patient, however the button underneath reads leave with transport. When you click this button, they leave without the transport. Might be a tad confusing, due to conflicting language in the blue box compared with the button.
