You know how you can take your units and have them available certain times?
How about the same thing for station members availability? Sort of like shifts. Shift A, Shift B, Shift C, Shift D etc.
Say like you have 20 members in a small station and you only want 5 available every 6 hours or in a large station you have 40 members and you want 10 available every 6 or 20 for every 12 hours. And those with special training you can split them in shifts too. All depends on how you want your staff availability.
You could pick which members you'd want available for which times.
I personally would love to splt some of my companies up in half, thirds, quarters.
