Now this is a good idea for a Vehicle and a Mission, as most people know DIMs are in Britain (Not sure about America) Normally a Van and it is used normally before or during a HazMat call and the calls I was thinking of adding it and/or using it for are Unknown Tanker spill, some news one might be Illegal Movement of Chemicals this could be for Police fire and Ambulance and last one is Unknown Substance in a Train station or something

Sounds to function the same as a normal Hazmat...

I understand that realistically it's different but for gameplay purposes it sounds to be the same

Whilst it is a good idea and i do like it, unfortunately EPU's and DIM's are bundled into a Hazmat unit in the US so it is a good idea but is unlikely.
