over the kast few days i have noticed that the call generation is very slow. i have a premium account and have the call speed set to turbo which say's i should get a call every 20 seconds. i'm lucky if i get a new call every minute i have cleared the chach and everything else several times but have not seen an inprovement with the call generation at all. i have windows 10 and use google chrome. and no it does not matter if there is a storm mission or other large group event happing or not. i also have 866 fire station,58 ambulance stations, 163 police stations,and 76 hospitals. i have also noticed that if i let the calls stack up as soon as i start working them new ones stop generating and i run out of calls.

I have had the same issue. I'm set to 30 sec but it seems to take a minute or longer for calls to spawn. I have changed speed to a longer one, refreshed the game and then reset to 30 sec and refreshed the game. Still same issue.

Atleast for me, this happens all the time. Call spawn set to 30 seconds and there are days it takes 1m or 2 between each call. Other days it's spot on
Recently I had this issue that I refreshed the game 5 or 6 times and still no calls (no, it was not on pause) and after a while it spawned and kept spawning as usual... Server side? -
