This post isn't to complain about the price for the station after station 25. I had seen in one of the post an algorithm for how the station prices were calculated. I was curious if anyone could help me out with that.

The reasoning or the actual mathematical equation?
Reasoning is complex, going over the many previous threads will give you the gist.
Mathematical equation wise, it will basically just keep going up till around 2/2.5 million a station and hold there.

I seen the Mathematical equation that had a Log2 formula in it. I was interested in looking over it again to see if I could see and project cost of my stations as I grow

The increase in price is not linear. I'm mainly buying small fire stations at the moment, each increasing by around 2600 credits every time I build another (so double for large stations). I had worked out a rough cost estimate for the remainder of my layout with a 4,000 average but this reduced over time, as mentioned. I'd liked now to have recorded the price of each station as I built them but it's too late for that now.

small station: half of aboveThis can be done using this equation, a google scientific calculator would do just fine for that purpose.

correct formula will be for larger stations 100,000 + (200,000(log(station # - 23)/log(2)))
small stations will be 50,000 + (100,000(log(Station # - 23)/ log(2)))
