Issue with getting on game app and issue with dispatching a large group units to a call

I've been getting this symbol every time I get off my game then get back on a few seconds later or when I get off completely and reboot to it again a few minutes later.

I don't know if it's my phone service or what it is because this is a new phone and my service is fine with all my other apps so unless my phone doesn't work well with the game app here.

I got writing in German in a red box a couple times today when trying to send multiple units around 40 or so at one time and had to end up sending them and increments because it wouldn't let me send them all at once. This happened on an alliance call.

Yep it's still going on and I have to refresh my game a couple times before it can work and I try to dispatch around 40 units when this happened.
