Hospitals not releasing patients

Hey,

Does anyone know why my Hospitals would not be releasing patients every hour like they say they will?

Usually they release using a first in last out type system. If this is not taking place contact support in game or post in the bugs forum.

I am also facing this issues to. It can take upto 2-4 hours I notice. On a rare occasion cam be 12 hours.
