Pumper Tankers bring too much water

Pumper Tankers are only supposed to bring 1500gal of water to a wildfire mission. Currently, they are bringing 2375gal.

Thats not clear in the game. If that is the intended mechanic, then it needs to be clarified when the vehicle is purchased.

Sorry what is unclear is that the unit gives a 25% bonus to other units on scene.
