Alright I did some testing and the only time you don't get a refund is when 24 hours been passed since the building was built. And the link log message is: "Building demolished without refund"

Since there's no timestamp of when the building was built in the screenshot you attached, there's a possibility that

So, to clear up what's said, we had a discussion on discord. He bought a station and because it said "Building demolished without refund." This would seem like it's just been over 24 hours. From all description said in the dm's it is all looking towards a bug. He said he pressed the refund station but it did not refund him. He did press it within the allowed time of 24 hours after a station is placed but there was no refund.

From my perspective it was a glitch and because he is still working his way up 100k would mean a lot to him as he is also in an area not as populated. So I mean, I understand his situation.

We can not consider something as a bug as long as it's not reproducible. I wasted around 300k testing this but I understand 100k means alot to a new player but unfortunately refunds are only initiated for coins.

I don't know if you are srew but I made a lot of mistake in this game and I know I lost lots of money but I enjoy playing it. Try to build only firestations since it gives you the most money on missions. Hopefully you make some more money faster. Sorry about your lost of a 100,000. The staff here on the game is really cool. They solved a issue I had a month ago so try to keep your headup.

They really don't owe you anything because they don't expect players to build then immediately delete fire stations. I've also never personally encountered this issue, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
