Dispatch Follow up tab

On the dispatch window, the followup tab, there should be a way where one can select the unit by using the Alarm and Response Regulation button that we create. Example, if the HazMat is assigned the first response, the followup tab should allow us to select the nearest HazMat for a second response. right now, we need to review the list and find the HazMat. We should be able to select the nearest HazMat or whatever the rig is needed by the ARR shortcut button.
