HART units are still being counted as RRVs I thought @Alctw10 got it changed as it is annoying when I want to send a Ambulance and rrv to a cardiac arrest and then It sends a whole HART Polaris

The welfare and ATV carrier are dispatched as rrvs and PRVs and srvs are not whcih is awkward
