animal cruelty raid

I like the idea.

Why would you need SWAT to raid an animal cruelty establishment? SWAT is used for threats that normal patrol officers can't handle and even here, either the SPCA's investigation unit or the pound handles animal cruelty calls and police only get involved when there are charges to be laid. In which case are normal police officers, not SWAT. Animal cruelty is not a threat to the public.

While I do like the idea of the call I am just not sure it fits well in this game, it is not really something most departments get involved in unless charge are made

while i like the call it seems to be a bit gruesome/horrific. their shouldnt be horrific stuff in the game
