"UFO" responding vehicle [Glitching]

Happy Halloween All,

I'm having an issue with MissionChief where the responding vehicles are creating a straight line to their destination and ignoring the streets available on the map. I've been playing for about a month and this has never happened.

I attempted to refresh the webpage & open the site from scratch with a separate browser. I play with some friends but it's not happening on their end.

Any known solution to this issue? I've attached an image for reference.

Follow-up question, is there a method for me to check the "routing" you mentioned on my own? I like to self troubleshoot before I reach out for assistance/support.
