I have a train derailment at the bottom of my map 750km top to bottom. It has 65 patients and only 3 Hospitals within the km game limit that populate, Max Capacity of the 3 Hospitals I can select for this mission is currently 30. So even if I bring 40 Ambulances in from out of the area, I cannot deliver the patients to Hospitals past the 384kms . What can I do? I cannot transport more than 30 patients as rest are not displayed will this event expire?

Which Train Derailment (passanger or freight or small medium large major) But the best way I can assist you is to find out the paitent transport chance.
I would send enough ambulances around 30% wont need transports and if you really cant handle some of the patients you can delete the transport rquest and the paitent will stop and the ambo will treat someone else (if there is anyone else)
You can also transport the ones you can then latter transport the rest. Hospitals free up 1 bed an hour. May take several hours to finish transporting all patients, but at least you won't loose any pay. The mission will disappear after 48 hrs.
