does the amount of people per truck effect anything or does it not? I know it askes for like 1,2, or 3 trucks in certain situations but say i have a firetruck with 3 and one with 6, does that change anything,

kind of the same.. 2 Engines with 3 each would give you the same staffing on scene as 1 engine with 6. On a side note I think the staffing is a bit high.. Not everyone is FDNY and staffs and engine with 6 people. In facts... most places staff more on trucks... but that is off topic...sorry
