Personnel in type 3 engines are not counted in the total firefighters on scene count.
I should have 9 firefighters, but it is only counting those from my tanker.

I've escalated this to the development team. Note, that it seems to be a cosmetic bug, so it would not be on the high priority list.

What times are you referring to? Most of the times in the images show the response time for the units. The colors show what kind of unit they are.

In the image for example MVA says 6:57. How do you get that and then how'd you get the colors as well

Unit Colours on dispatch windows are done through the edit vehicle tab.
Showing Longest Response time in ARRs is in the dispatch centre.
"In the ARR show the maximum travle time of the vehicles."
