I have a fire department that has a "support" station. If I create that station and DON'T ASSIGN it to a communications center?
- will it still generate missions?
- will the apparatus show up on the "list" of available apparatus?

It will still generate missions unless assigned to a dispatch centre which is turned off.
It will not show available units in the dispatch centre unit list if it is not assigned to a dispatch centre.
It will be listed on all dispatch centre building list pages if unassigned to any dispatch centre.

- Will generate missions when dispatch center is "Out of Service"
- apparatus will still show up on available list (I typically do not use the dispatch center to send units out)
