Wildland engines on patrol routes

Personally, I'd like to see any vehicle eligible for patrolling. While obviously not as common on the fire side, some of the missions spawn would have fire apparatus patrolling and available.

I think they should expand the amount of vehicles that can patrol by a lot.
Helicopters, probably type 6 brush trucks too, and even battalion chiefs could patrol (Simulate check-up on stations.)

If type 6 and type 7 engines can patrol, I would actually invest in some instead of just type 3s.
