The Mass casualty Vehicle is used in multi patient situations. In fact we already have three "Missionchief" calls where the vehicle can be implemented like
Active Shooters
Bomb Explosion
Building collapse

This has been suggested many times, I suggested it not too long ago in a post regarding police and EMS upgrades, I do think it shouldn't be a requirement to have this and it should count as a normal ambulance but can transport more than one person

i think it should be able to carry a maximum of 6 patients but, as TACRfan said, it should be able to work as a normal ambulance.

I think this should be added, but not a mandatory piece of equipment. Where I am from, we do not use MCU units.
