High Rise Fires

For some reason my high rise fires will not show up on my game until I refresh my game. Once I do this I will have a few high rise fires that show up all at once on top of all of the other active incidents.

This is a bug that has been brought up a couple times. It seems to only be the high rise fires that do this.

Bringing this bug back to the top. We're trying to fix it, but Sebastian would like to see a video of the problem. The moderation team is trying to make one, but we might as well try to crowd-source it and get it done faster. So if anyone who has been experiencing this can try to catch it in a video, we'd appreciate it.
