PD Vehicle Slots

I would like to suggest that the police department vehicle slots hold more vehicles. Unlike fire departments where you would realistically need a garage bay for each vehicle most police departments do not park their vehicles inside buildings. PDs also require many more vehicles to operate than other types of agencies and I would like to suggest that vehicle expansion slots perhaps be worth 5 vehicles each.... so each level would provide for 5 PD units.
