Hey, question for you all! I'm torn on how to do this correctly. I see that LA County has Battalion Chiefs but no Division Chiefs and I have calls that need MCV's. What should I do?
LA County MCV

If you wanna go the realistic path with what each station has, then you are left with no options. You could go unrealistic and place a MCV either way there, just for the missions. Or you could build another fire station somewhere else which has MCV, and is close to LA.

You could also use an MCV and just label it Battalion. An MCV is a command and a battalion in one, so if you require one of each, just dispatch an MCV and it covers both. Unless I am wrong?

You are not wrong. An MCV at a mission will fulfil the role of 1x BatChief and 1x MCV

For some calls, like MVA Rollover, the MCV won't act as the Battalion Chief. It still asks me for the BC.

That's because the MVA Rollover requires two.

As I try to be as realistic as possible I am not sure why 2 Battalions are required at an MVA rollover. The departments in my area 99% of the time sends only one Battalion with responding crews.
