Alliance vehicle graphics

  • Sorry to bump this but here's some information that could help you out.

*Will upload image once I'm on pc

I was responding to an alliance call with a k9. My vehicle image was fine but another members image of a K9 that they had responding was a generic image. He was also responding with a patrol car, which again was the generic image; and a police helo, that was the correct image. The wierd thing about it is when I clicked on the generic image it had a graphic but not of the one of my pack; but when I clicked on the helo, it did.

They may be using custom graphics for individual graphics for some units with a base pack that is the same as the one your using.

  • I had saw this post and I was trying to get a screenshot that could give more information about this issue, well, here it is:
[Blocked Image: https://i.imgur.com/pYACMk2.png?1] [Blocked Image: https://i.imgur.com/1zJS7Vh.png[Main pack] [Blocked Image: https://i.imgur.com/e2C2jHk.png[INEM Older units] [Blocked Image: https://i.imgur.com/lWKtprh.png] [Fire Department Ambulance]

    Time to take important notes!

1 - I would like to point out that almost all units in this image are not mine (except the ambulances directly under the call, the ones further away down are his too) and that he is using packs for each building (in this case all packs used are also used in my main account but not in my secondary)
2 - Same unit "Ambulance" with different packs on it, one of them is the standard pack, then you have INEM older units and also the Fire Department ambulances
3 - I have another account (where I first noticed what was really happening here) that would not display these same units that you see in the image and would use the game default icons
4 - This screenshot is from my main account, WHERE I AM USING ALL OF THE PACKS SEEN IN THE PICTURE

What is happening? If I have both accounts open, one with all of the packs used by him and other with none, and he dispatches units to a call (shared so I can see his units) I will be able to see the unit exatly like I was playing on his account if I'm on my main account where I have these same packs, on the other account all units that are not the same pack I'm using in that account will be filled with default game icons

I may also add that if I refresh the page, in both cases, the units will all be replaced by the pack I'm using as a "Main Pack" (pack that will be used if the station doesn't have a specific pack to it)

I hope this clears out what is happening, also, I think we should be able to see what units they really are using instead of the pack we are using, with that said, if this issue gets fixed I think it would be nice if we had in our Dispatch Center an option to turn on/off the packs used by our fellow members

  • I got another screenshot today
This time you can see a few more units than last time, including Red Cross Ambulances and some Default game icons
[Blocked Image: https://i.imgur.com/Okb2OtU.png?1] The default game icons were caused by using a specific pack for the building and me not having that pack used in any of mine, I may also add that if the page is refreshed (F5) all units will be replaced with the pack we are using, no matter if the specific pack he is using for unit "X" is the same I use in my unit "Z", it will get replaced

Hope this gives you more details of what is causing the issue!
