Is it ever possible to add in a future that could make some Fire/ ambulance stations volunteer? or would this be to complicated?

you could add a time delay to the units based at the station. That could solve the volunteer call out time.

This is a really good idea and the idea of incorporating delays for response to firehouse is awesome. What if you could add a lounge area to your fire house decreasing the amount of time it takes as your people are more likely to be there.

This has no pertinence to the game. We should really focus on new missions and vehicles.
