i think what should be done to make them more useful is this:

in terms of how much space is needed in a station.
2 police motor units = 1 patrol car.

so if my station can only hold 2 patrol cars, then it can hold 4 motorcycle units, or 1 patrol car and 2 motor units.
so a motorcycle unit would only take up .5 space.

I actually have to agree with you, I don't really like the way bikes work, but since this would probably bug the game, maybe when you bought a bike you would actually buy 2 units? or maybe instead of one bike you would buy a 2 bikes to work together... just some ideas here, because I don't see any point in buying a police bike right now

Currently there are no mission that require a police motorcycle however we do hope to bring some, vehicle slots at stations is something we are going to be looking at in the very near future.

As long as you don't reduce the maximum vehicles in a fire station it's fine for me, I have a project to get 17 units there

Police stations can only have 15 units each
But it's a game! You can't have the same numbers as real life, otherwise Hospitals should be able to handle around 100 patients each

Not necessarily the hospitals currently are meant to simulate the ER (A&E) Departments instead of a full hospital

I understand that part, but I'm sure some will have larger capacity, but I think 30 it's fair
