In possible missions where it says with or without dispatch center.
Say for example light aircraft crash.
For mission with the dispatch center it should say only missions can be completed with that dispatch center.
Not missions like cruise ship sinking where i dont have the stations needed to complete the mission

I believe what he's trying to say us that he only wants to see what missions are available with his setup. On the list, he only wants to see 'green' missions to avoid clutter.
