Single Medical Transport option

    Has it been discussed having a button that will automatically transport all ambulances to the nearest hospital instead of having to manually select the facility? This would be beneficial especially for some of the calls you get when you have 24 patients and not enough MCUs

    I think part of the bed shortage issue etc is hospital management. If I had a large terminal collapse with let’s say 25 casualty’s. 3 hospitals to transport them to I would do something like this.


    15 to a 30 bed major trauma centre
    5 to another general hospital
    5 to another general hospital


    That way it keeps all of my hospitals available for local medical calls.


    If it was just a single button it would send all 25 to the nearest hospital filling it right up and then taking 25 hours to empty.


    Also the automation options as we have said in the past are generally frowned upon by the dev for taking away from gameplay.
