I've got two suggestions in here for how to make building collapses slightly better.
1) Reduce the time to complete the partial building collapse. If you send the minimum required units then the time to complete is about 45 minutes. I'm sure I'm not the only one who sends more than the required pumps to clear the call through.
2) Adjust the credits for the partial and full building collapses. Maybe it's just me but I've noticed that the full collapse often pays less than a partial despite requiring a significant number of units. If I could spend another day playing and getting some more reliable averages then I will but these are the two I've got from the last two days specifically.
