New/upgraded Engine

Not sure if this has been discussed before. I would like to see engine's that can serve as basic EMS personal and have Paramedic Engines, and Paramedic Rescue Engines. You would still need a transport for these, but they could serve as an alternative to Basic EMS calls and Paramedic calls.

There's been talk a while back about ALS training for personnel to be added on any unit so that Fire Apparatus can act as an ALS Unit.
