B - If I send a critical care trained hems to someone who only needs critical care do I get the HEMS bonus
C if I send a critical care hems to someone who only needs HEMS do I get the CC bonus?
D - If someone needs both HEMS and CC do I get both bonuses?
E - Do OTLs treat like RRVs?
A - I don't believe so (you might have to try it though). Since OTLs don't work as RRVs I would assume they wouldn't treat at all.
B - No, you will only get the CC bonus.
