I seem to not be able to move my EMS chief from a Fire/Ambulance station to an Ambulance station. Is that a bug that is already known?

Not a bug. Vehicles bought in a fire station are fire-based vehicles and can't be transferred to ambulance stations. Although you can have an EMS Chief and associated EMS units in both stations - they are not interchangeable,.

correct on the ambulance, but EMS Chief don't for some reason. Not sure about any other EMS vehicle since I only run ALS and EMS Chief.
