So if you have many paitents and send a rrv/cfr/gp (basically anything that acts as a RRV) you can just send a rrv and they will go 1 by 1 through eahh paitent and if they need a ambulance they rrv will instead of sitting there stuck on the paitent now moves on to the next paitent treats them if they need a ambulance they move on but if they don't need transport they will release them.
I think this was part of the paitent/HEMS update and I have to say I love this feature
