I have had the same problem but was afraid to ask the question. I have fixed it on occasion by simply logging out and then back on.. Does not work all the time
Display MoreRecently I've received a number of call where I'm not able to see and dispatch my units. On some calls I can't see any vehicle. On other calls it will show a few. But espescially on the larger calls, I'm not able to complete these although I've got plenty of units nearby and within range.
I also experienced this bug on shared calls from my alliance.
Can someone tell me how to fix this? It is really annoying...

Please check the set maximum vehicle distance, it may be set to a low value:
You can find this setting within the missions window.
On desktop devices below on the left side, below the list of vehicles on scene.
On mobile devices at the very bottom of the missions window, below the list of available vehicles.
