I think most police missions should result in police transporting a prisoner. For example, Driving DUI they don't get arrested for, Same with most other police missions. I would like it updated because I spend much on jail cells+prisons but there is barely enough arrests to fill them.

Almost all of my police missions seem to have at least one prisoner.

My missions say "maximum 1+ prisoner" And 78% of the time have no prisoners
sorry....what I should have said, that I find that the missions that do list a prisoner, do in fact have one transported. But now I understand you want prisoners added to those police missions that it would make sense to have an arrest... Gotcha
