OTL not recognised as RRV

Hi,

I have previously commented on this but am still noticing the issue

OTL vehicles do not act as an RRV and do not treat patients

Could this be changed please so that OTLs are able to provide treatment

The OTL (Operational Team Leader) from my understanding is the UK equivalent of the EMS chief of the US. Its only used to auto transport patient and is required to finish the treatment of patients at certain missions. They are not supposed to treat every patient.

They should act as RRVs They have the same skills as a RRV but with additional training, They cannot auto treat paitents.
