I have an idea since where there a lot of patients there are often fatalities there should be in game if an ems chief gets there a black tag black for deceased and the ambulances should take them to the hospital since sometime trauma doctors work with the deceased in things like large air accidents please let me know

I read a while back that ME's were brought up and they added that the DEVS are against any type of signals in the game

This is confirmed. Death and fatalities will not be introduced.

It's a bit of a fail, as it's supposed to be a sim game and this is an everyday event. I find it odd game as Domestic Violence yet not death from a cardiac arrest in which less than 7% of people in the developed world.

Nope, not a fan of this concept. The game is not supposed to be 100% real life.

Considering there are players under the age of 18 that play this game, its a good decision to not include this in the game.
But also if this was in the game and realism was the goal, ambulances don't transport deceased persons from incidents like vehicle accidents, etc. The contracted undertaker is does the transport. The only time an ambulance will transport a deceased person is if they are in a public place such as a shopping centre (as long as it isn't due to criminal acts) or a child. That's what we do in NSW anyway.
