I have used all of the various equipment, and all have worked. As for the lifeguard costal boat trailer - I have one. but it never seems to show up as able to be dispatched ( and yes does have correct towing unit)

#1 if it is a "trailer" it has to be assigned to a towing unit. The tow vehicle option will appear if you uncheck the "random traction vehicle" box
