Title says it all. Looking more at a profitable stand point atm, I have 5 fire stations, and either ones gonna be godawful expensive for the coverage...
Should one dive into an EMS or Law Enforcement Expansion first?

I always say to get 13 fire stations and then 3 EMS stations or expansions and then go from there. as this will give you access to industrial fires and building collapses which pay out really well.

I still don't have Police stations, but I'm running EMS alon with 11 Fire stations. EMS can pay out very well, and like TACRfan said the building collapse and industrial fire missions pay out great.

Each category of station is separate.
For example, I have:
65 fire stations, which cost around 1.1 million
26 police stations, which now cost 416,000
19 EMS stations/expansions, with no cost increase.

Law Enforcement first. I went with EMS and the calls don't pay out. The Law Enforcement does.

personnaly id go in the fire department direction. but thats only based on my opinion due to starting fire 1st, not sure how many missions EMS and Police show when first starting.

I would go with fire department. The pay out is much greater and depending on your alliance, some may not share as many PD/EMS calls
