A new call for cops should be a road rage, break in. And I would love to see the addition of department of highways come in at some point.

@nickb722 you can just buy a pd station, Name it highway patrol, and have it patrol along highways and such.

Depends. Highways England deal with strategic road network. Local county council authority deal with the rest. -
