I have an idea for a realistic call since although it happens mostly in winter time why not have Hypothermia as a call for which you would need 1 fly car and 1 ambulance why a fly car because the doctor in that vehicle could give the person a space blanket to try to keep him/her warm and their should be a 100 percent chance he or she will need to go to the hospital because if that does not happen he/she could croak please let me know what you think

I don’t think a doctor is needed for a space blanket. If we needed prescriptions for that we would be a very cold society.

good thinking perhaps you should suggest hypothermia to the creation team no doctor needed just an ambulance
For the case of Hypothermia which never happens ever in my area, but some other states it does. An ambulance and Squad / Rescue should be dispatched if this call actually gets created into the system. I think it would be a good idea.

Usually just a normal ambulance gets dispatched, and if nessecary that the caller gives information and says that the pasient has been laying in the water for a prolonged period of time. An anaesthetist or doctor might be sent with the ambulance, due to higher experience and training. Atleast this is how it is in Norway.
