This isn’t necessarily a bad idea. As you say some airfields will have both aircraft. The expansion would have to cost 1,000,000 to make sure it was balanced though
Could we also get an option to actually upgrade the stations?
And have 'Critical care' vehicles that could be added in the future be able to be based at HEMS stations
And honestly, all types of ems vehicles would be cool to have stationed at HEMS station bc for some, that's what it is irl 
Critical Care cars aren't always at air ambulance bases though 
It could be optional.
