ALS and BLS Ambulances

    I have a thought/suggestion regarding ambulances. As I have been playing there have been numerous EMS calls that I have see handled with a BLS, but the game requires an ALS. Examples child birth requires an ALS, when I know that a BLS can handle it just as well, unless there's a problem, difficulty breathing and back pain are two others. There is basically no need for a BLS ambulance in the game.

    Some departments or smaller companies have BLS while major cities have ALS. The Fly-car also handles ALS related calls when sent with a BLS Ambulance. All depends on the players preference. In my county we have a lot of BLS rigs that are sent with Paramedic units to provide ALS services when required. We don't have many ALS rigs in my area.
