Task and Event Icon Bug

I do have the same issue but in the UK version! Already reported it through the App

Since yesterday I have the phenomenon that the menu item "Tasks and Events" and the profile icon are highlighted in green with the "New" lettering, even when I open the event window, and so the events are actually no longer new.

Logout and delete cookies did not change anything.

After you go into the Tasks and Events menu, does it then disappear or does it remain?

Also, if you try going into a different computer or mobile version, does it still show as new?

yes the error persists in the other browser and in the app

I would use the contact support option in the app to see if this can see where the stuck notification is and correct.

Seems like now i am not getting any tasks/events. None show up under the tab. And the tab is still highlighted green with the "new" icon

I don't know how to do it in the app. There is no support there

In the app, if you click the question mark button at the bottom, this will bring you to a help window.

In the help window, the top bar will have a magnifying glass (to search the help files) and a chat box (to contact support). If you go into the chat box, it will allow you to send a message to support.
