Ability to add notes in dispatch menu

I think NamaraWolf was wanting this feature to be added to calls not shared to alliance. But I really don't see the point.

He just stated that he would like to see this feature.

For example,

I like to name my big wildfires so I can keep them organized. I will have 10 at the same time, it would help.

So this could be used for that or anything the player wants.

Just because you don't see something be useful, doesn't mean you should say anything negative about it.
Asking why or how would you use it?, thats ok.
